Cebu city, Philippines 26 July 2008, Panama's Rafael "el torito" Concepcion spectacularly stops the highly touted prodigy AJ "Bazooka" Banal in the 10th round to capture the vacant WBA interim super flyweight world title, and become Panama's 26th world boxing champion.

Born June 24th 1982 in Panama, Rafael first entered the pro ranks in August 2002 with an impressive second round knockout of Carlos Alberto Murillo. Raphael's early blemishes have been avenged by knockouts in the rematches. He?s since gone on to capture the WBA interim Super Flyweight title.

Rafael draws inspiration from his baby Alison and is determined to make his family and Panama proud.
